Plans and Billing

Plan controls are in Organization > Overview, inside the plan card.

Owner-level actions include:

  • Buy Event Pass
  • Upgrade to Premium
  • Downgrade to Free
  • Undo scheduled downgrade
  • Apply invite code
  • Free Plan
  • Premium Plan
  • Event Pass (temporary premium access)

The UI updates copy and available buttons based on current state.

  1. Open Organization > Overview.
  2. Select Upgrade to Premium.
  3. Complete Stripe checkout.
  4. App returns and waits for subscription activation sync.

If sync is delayed, status text informs you to refresh shortly.

  1. Select Buy Event Pass.
  2. Pick start date/time.
  3. Confirm purchase and complete checkout.

Event pass grants temporary premium-style access.

From Premium state:

  • Downgrade is scheduled at billing period end.
  • Premium remains active until end date.
  • You can undo the scheduled downgrade before it executes.

If payment config is disabled, purchase buttons are visible but disabled, and the plan card shows payments unavailable messaging.

Owner can apply invite code from Organization overview.

Successful code application updates organization plan state.

Plan limits are enforced by backend policies.

When limits are reached, create/update actions may fail with server validation errors.
