Before participants join

• Confirm active organization
• Open host control tab for first activity
• Open display tab on projector/second screen
• Test one audience join from phone
• Preload backup activity (for quick pivot)

During session

Keep one control operator

Assign one person to click push/reveal/spin to avoid conflicting actions.

Announce interaction instructions clearly

Before each activity, state:

• Where to join
• What to do
• When results will be shown

Watch response counts

Use built-in submission counters to decide when to reveal.

Transition intentionally

Use Sessions for structured agendas, or manually switch tools when needed.

Recovery patterns

If something fails live:

1. Keep display open with current state.
2. Refresh host tab.
3. Re-open item from list page.
4. Continue from last known stable action.

After session

• Review result tabs
• Export/screenshot key outcomes if needed
• Reset reusable activities for next event
• Archive naming and tags for future reuse
