Login issues

Redirect loop

Cause: missing/expired token.

Fix:

1. Return to home page.
2. Log in again.
3. Clear site storage if loop continues.

Wrong organization data

Cause: active org switcher points to another organization.

Fix:

1. Use header org dropdown.
2. Switch to expected org.
3. Reload list page.

Cannot create new item

Cause: role or plan limit restriction.

Fix:

1. Check role in Organization page.
2. Review plan state in Overview.
3. Ask owner/admin to upgrade or adjust permissions.

Display not updating

Cause: stale tab or temporary stream issue.

Fix:

1. Refresh display page.
2. Refresh host page.
3. Re-run push/reveal action.

QR download fails

Cause: temporary render or browser permission issues.

Fix:

1. Retry action.
2. Use copy-link fallback.
3. Share link manually if needed.

Slides stuck in processing

Cause: conversion pipeline delay or conversion failure.

Fix:

1. Wait and observe status updates.
2. Re-upload file.
3. Prefer PDF upload for highest reliability.

Collaborative pixel canvas not responding

Cause: cooldown timer or stream reconnect delay.

Fix:

1. Wait for cooldown label.
2. Try another placement.
3. Refresh display if board appears frozen.

Whiteboard audience confusion in Sessions

Cause: board step behavior differs from other embeds.

Fix:

1. Use Session notes to explain board interaction.
2. Share board link explicitly when needed.
3. Use display board page for passive audience view.
